Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect both your time and mine, the following applies:
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before your treatment at no charge.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
If you do not attend your appointment and have not cancelled in advance, the full treatment fee will be charged.
Payment Terms
- Late cancellations and no-shows will be invoiced
- Payment is due within 3 days
- Future bookings may require prepayment after missed appointments
